Refund policy
At Wagwag.Art, we are dedicated to creating unique, personalized art pieces that capture your vision. Each artwork, whether a physical print or a digital file, is custom-designed with care and is entirely personal to you.
Our No-Refund Policy for Custom Work
Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom artwork and the significant artistic effort involved from the outset, we generally do not offer refunds once an order is placed and work has begun. Your understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated.
Order Cancellations
- Within 5 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 5 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at support@wagwag.art to request a cancellation.
- After 5 Hours, Before Artwork/Proof Delivery: If more than 5 hours have passed since your order was placed, but you have not yet received your final digital artwork or your digital proof, you may request to cancel your order.
In this case, a non-refundable artwork creation fee of $10 USD will be deducted from your payment to cover the initial design work. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- After Artwork/Proof Delivery: Once your final digital artwork or your digital proof has been sent to you, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Revisions
Your satisfaction with the artwork is important. We offer the following revision options based on the original photo(s) and design brief you provided:
- Unlimited Minor Revisions: We offer unlimited minor revisions to the digital artwork (e.g., slight adjustments to placement, background color tweaks, minor detail corrections).
- Substantial Changes (e.g., New Photo or Major Design Concept Change): If you request a substantial change, such as using a new primary photo or a complete alteration of the core design concept/style, this will incur an additional fee.
This will incur an additional design fee starting from $10 USD. The exact fee will depend on the complexity and will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding.
Our customer support team will send you an invoice for this additional fee. Please note: Requests that fundamentally alter the original commission may not always be possible or may be subject to further custom design fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Physical Items
If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if your product was damaged in transit, we will replace it without question.
Please contact us at support@wagwag.art within 48 hours of receiving your order in such cases.
You will need to provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as the packaging (if damaged). Once we have confirmed the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Unless damaged or incorrect as per above, the following are non-refundable:
- All custom-made artworks (digital and physical) once the cancellation window has passed.
- Digital art files, once delivered.
- Items where dissatisfaction arises from low-quality source photos provided by the customer.
- Minor color variations between the screen and the final printed product.
- Gift cards.
Photo Quality & Submission Guidelines
To ensure the best possible outcome, it is your responsibility to provide high-quality photos that adhere to our photo guide. Artwork created from low-quality photos will reflect that quality, and we cannot offer free re-designs in such cases. While we may make minor enhancements, we cannot fundamentally alter a photo's composition unless specifically agreed upon.
