Shipping policy
At Wagwag.Art, we are committed to creating your personalized art pieces with precision and delivering them to you with care. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our entire process, from artwork creation to delivery.
1. Artwork Creation & Approval Process:
- Creation Time: All our art pieces are custom-made with dedicated attention from our artists. Generally, it takes 2 business days for your artwork to be created. This timeframe can increase slightly during peak sales periods or promotional events due to higher order volumes.
- Photo & Order Issues: If there is an issue with your order that requires your input (e.g., a new or higher-quality pet photo is needed, or clarification on design details), this will understandably extend the artwork creation time. We will contact you promptly if such issues arise.

Artwork Proof & Approval: We send all customers an artwork proof via email for approval before we proceed to printing (for physical products) or final digital delivery.
- Your prompt approval is key! The faster you approve your proof, the quicker we can move to the production and shipping phase.
Important: We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for artwork approval from the time the proof is sent. If we do not receive your approval or revision requests within this timeframe, we will consider the artwork auto-approved and will proceed with printing and shipping your order (for physical items) or finalizing the digital file to avoid further delays.
2. Shipping & Delivery (for Physical Products):
- Production & Shipping: Once your artwork proof is approved (or auto-approved), your order will be processed for printing and shipping.

Estimated shipping times will vary based on your location and the shipping method.
- Typically, for domestic orders, items may arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- International orders: Currently not accepted. Please stay tuned for updates.

- Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your package's journey.
3. Potential Delays:
Please understand that while we strive for timely delivery, certain factors can cause delays:
- Artwork Approval: Delays in providing artwork approval or multiple revision requests will extend the overall timeline.
- Order Issues: As mentioned, if we need further information or a new photo from you, production will be paused until resolved.
- High Volume Periods: Expect potential delays in both creation and shipping times during sales events and especially during the holiday season (e.g., November and December) as our artists and courier partners experience a surge in volume.
- External Factors: Unforeseen circumstances such as postal service disruptions, customs clearance (for international orders), extreme weather conditions, or other carrier-related issues are beyond our direct control but may affect delivery times.
4. Important Notes for Digital-Only Orders:
For "Digital Only" orders, once your artwork is created and (if applicable) you have approved any proofs, the final digital file will be delivered to you electronically via email or a download link. The shipping times and physical delivery aspects of this policy do not apply to purely digital products.
